Central Mountain Physical Therapy is the area leader in Orthopedic and Sports medicine physical therapy. We treat a variety of conditions including sports & orthopedic injuries, neurological rehabilitation, work-related injuries, geriatric, pediatrics, and low back pain in pregnancy.

Central Mountain Physical Therapy, Inc. (CMPT) was founded in 2001. It is a privately owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic. We currently employ three licensed physical therapists and two licensed physical therapy assistants. We approach physical therapy with over 50 years of experience and knowledge in the profession. Our facility is state of the art with an attached fitness center that allows us to offer an aftercare program that is both cost effective and theapeutically appropriate for our patients. Anyone is welcome to join our fitness center.
